We will undertake accompanied viewings of the property to pre-qualified applicants, ensuring these are carried out at times convenient to the tenant & yourself if you are in residency. We are extremely flexible, with our clients being our priority, we can work weekends and evenings if required.
Once we have found a tenant, we will confirm all the details with you and providing you are happy, we will proceed with the references. Inventory & check in/out Services
As an agent, we deal with check outs and deposit disputes on a regular basis, more often than ever before, now that tenants have a free arbitration service provided by the deposit schemes. For your property, our professionally trained staff will visit and compile a thorough, detailed list of the current condition and contents of the property. We will take all meter readings at this point, and take an extensive set of dated photos, in addition to creating a detailed written and photographic inventory. These are then signed by the tenant on move in, you can’t make a claim if you don’t have an inventory or check out signed by the tenants. On check out we attend the property, take photos as evidence and then prepare a full written inventory check out report for the tenant listing all dilapidations.
